the online harm is always a discussion topic makes people conflict about. The reason is that sometimes we cannot tell if this guy is harming someone until the victim really gets hurt. I don’t believe only hacking attack is the online harming when you abuse others online with no reason. They would get hurt, and more and more people do that to send negative energy, it is going to harm someone online.
