The network’s security comes from whether the network system can operate properly through various technical and management measures. Online harm is a threat to information security since the resources of the computer information system are susceptible to man-made or unnatural threats. It can also be due to the impact on society caused by some users’ malicious destruction of the online community. For example, some teenage users are addicted to violent online games for a long time, which results in malicious injury and verbal violence, malicious speech attacks on other users on the network, even affecting each other’s psychological health, which is a situation of two-way online harms.
