Online harms, which happened on the Internet, are user-generated content or behaviour that is illegal or could cause significant physical or psychological harm to a person, such as a child sexual abuse material, terrorist content and online harassment, alongside legal content and behaviour, such as disinformation, cyber-bullying and trolling.
