Online harm is a form of online hate speech/criminal event/content or activity that harms individuals like us on internet, particularly children, or in any way threatens citizens’ life/ national security, or reduces people’s trust and safety. A good example will be Kanye West’s recent online attack targeting Pete Davidson.
